This morning dawned a beautiful, sunny warm Spring day in the Village - perfect for yet another chair lift ride...….. probably the last opportunity until the next visit!
And then back to that playground on the Village Green - one of the best things about Thredbo according to the girls (after the chairlift) …..
We rounded off the weekend with one last fabulous meal, this time at another favourite, on the way home, closer to Jindabyne - the Wildbrumby Schnapps Distillery and Café. We enjoyed seeing the transformation in Abi (feeling tired after a morning roaring around the playground) once she opened her bottle of Saxby's Ginger Beer (no schnapps for her) - the world certainly looked a much brighter place!!
This full size fibreglass brumby is the least attractive of all of Wilbrumby's outdoor sculptures - but very popular nevertheless with Ella and Abi.
But the highlight of our lunch stop (for Abi anyway) had to be the proximity of these two ginormous bulls in the adjoining paddock.
Luckily he was a very gentle big boy!
A perfect way to round off a perfect few days in one of our favourite places, with our most favourite people!!
