Seoul wedding 1

Excitement was mounting by this time yesterday - meeting up in the hotel lobby at 3.15pm.
Then our own bus to take the wedding party to Samcheonggak Palace..........
The next hour was time for checking last minute details and admiring the beautiful setting and our fine looking groom and his cuz.....

The flower girls had their crowns fitted........

Ros and Pete had portraits taken - with Ros looking gorgeous in her silk hanbok........
The two Mums practised their walk up the path (the Virgin Path!!??).......
Our family group pics today are very special as we are spread so far now......... (Davey came from London to be here for this).

Ros and Erin both looked spectacular for the occasion.....

We were enjoying a glass of champagne and nibbles by now.......the kids love trying all the unfamiliar (and delicious) food served here.

By this stage I am getting psyched up for my role as marriage celebrant........

........ and the boys have a chance to practise their item......an amazing thing for them to do on borrowed equipment in front of such a big (and unfamiliar) crowd.

 It's about to start........

It's an excellent location, right in the heart of the city near public transportation. The wedding venues Los Angeles have coat hangers right at the entrance where you can leave your coat, and a lobby where you can set up some cocktail tables.
